Return & Shipping Policy

Each product of The Nostalgic Porch is hand-made, hand-painted or hand- crafted, so they may have small irregularities and could slightly vary from the image shown. No two products are alike but each of these articles are intricate and uniquely made with love and care.    

 

Each and every sale at The Nostalgic Porch is final. Considering the amount of time dedicated to each product, we will not be able to provide the option of refund or exchange. Refunds could be made only on ground of fulfilment errors like wrongly shipped item or missing/broken items. Refund request must be placed within 3 days after receiving in case of incorrect, missing, or broken item. Refunds will be provided in form of store credit or refund as per availability.    

 

Since all our products are handmade and are dependent on availability of raw materials, standard shipping time is 14-21 days. We only ship through premier logistic partners.    

 

Cancellation:  

We try our very best to fulfil every order received. But it is to be noted that certain orders could be cancelled because of internal errors or supply chain problems. We will contact you in case of a cancelled item and the charges if paid, will be reversed to your account within 3 business days.
